Our Story

Bilton Graham, the owner of Global Centralized Access, started this company with two things in mind. How can he provide jobs for the community he grew up in? How can the persons he employ give back and provide a service that will be able to help others?

With those two questions in mind he made it a priority to convert a warehouse in to a contact center. A center that can provide more that 3000 jobs to the rural community of Clarendon, Jamaica, where he was born. Global Centralized Access is a leader in the community and a leader in providing customer service.
